Review Teams & Reviewer Forwarding
Multiple reviewers can share their reviews, comments, and mark-ups with each other. There are two options to allow multiple reviewers to access and review a proof;
Review Teams and Reviewer Forwarding.
Review Teams
Do you need approval from multiple reviewers? If a group of people need to review a proof collaboratively, you can create a Review Team from your Contacts menu.
Each time you post a proof for that Review Team all team members will be notified and required to submit a review.
The Review Team option is the perfect feature to select when you have a pre-determined group of reviewers. It decreases the time a proof is out for approval by
including all reviewers at the time you post the proof.
Reviewer Forwarding
Not sure who needs to review the proof beyond the initial reviewer? Allow reviewers to control the approval process with Reviewer Forwarding.
Post a proof for your contact and enable reviewer forwarding so that the reviewer can invite others to submit a review.
